Through the enactment of Decree 48.378/21, the Executive power of Rio de Janeiro municipality created a new tax filing for the IPTU (Tax on Real State Property) taxpayers. The Annual Return of Registration Data (DeCAD) for real state properties. The taxpayers will be required to file such return until the last day of the month of June. The filing will be mandatorily made through electronic means, in a form to be made available by the municipality treasury, in its website.
