It started on February 15 the period for filing the Brazilian Central Bank Return on Assets Overseas (DCBE), which must be made by individuals and companies which were residents in Brazil on December 31, 2018, and had Brazilian assets overseas, such as real estate, bank accounts, corporate shares, credits, etc., in a sum that is equivalent or higher then USD100,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.

The deadline for such filing is April 5, 2019 and the late filling is subject to fines.
